Fabulous book, I really enjoyed following Sarah on her travels around the world. Reading how she spent this time learning more about herself and how to connect with others around her has been amazing. Its a great story on its own but its also a guide to how you might begin your own journey to positivity. I’ve finished the book already and I know I’ll keep dipping in and out of it to remind myself of some of the gems I’ve taken away from it.
